"Check in was very pleasant after a long tiring day of traveling, the gentleman at the front desk asked if we would like a fresh pot of coffee. I thought that was very nice. The room, hallways, and breakfast area were all clean. Our room was in the back and very quiet for us. The breakfast was much better than a more expensive hotel we had stayed at several days prior to here. The waffles were quite good as were the scrambled eggs. "

"Breakfast was awesome with many choices. Did laundry also without issues. Swimming pool was to cold due to no heater, no swim. Bed was soft and clean."

"We only stayed one night and the total stay was about 14 hours as we just wanted to visit Shawshank Prison while passing though. But it was a great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. It is 10 min from Shawshank and near so many other things. Bathroom was clean, shower was great, breakfast was great. Free parking, pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here."

"The Countryside Plymouth Home was pet-friendly.Beautiful property to sit and relax. The house was not as clean as I would have expected. I had to wipe down the bathroom prior to use as the sink had dirt all over it. The kitchen area (especially the stove) needed a good wipe down. There was mold spots on the floor in the downstairs bedroom and we had to change the dehumidifier each day as the room smelled moldy.There were large holes in the front yard - so thank goodness we did not have little runs running around. It looked as they were installing new lines of some type as the back part of the yard had piles of dirt and pipes lying around. Wish they would have informed the guests prior to renting."
