The employees were great however some of the guests leave a little to be desired. First 1 elevator had scrambled eggs on the floor then the other had milk on the floor. The employee did in fact go over to clean once they were told about it.. Again Kudos to the employee.

The hotel as a whole was nice. It was clean and the staff is very nice. Our room had a shower curtain that was nearly ripped out of the wall. The bathroom sink drained VERY slowly, and the curtain on the window didn't cover the window. So if you're looking to sleep in, it's not going to be easy in that room.

This place is nasty. The walls are dirty, mold on the curtains. Thermostat was hanging off the wall. The mattress was at least thirty years old with rips and holes. I refused to stay and was given a full refund after some polite discussion

A fully booked hotel reservation that ended up having no rooms that were clean available so we had to leave and look for another property spur of the moment not a very happy place to be!

Older hotel that shows it has been used over the years. The shower pressure was minimal, barely enough to wash the soap out of my husband hair. Beds were uncomfortable and had dips in the mattress. Bathroom towel had worn through spots. Looked like small dog pooped in corner of room. We reserved a king room and was put into 2 queen room.

Breakfast was good. The OJ was empty by the time i got down for breakfast, but I guess that's what happens when you sleep in. The room was mediocre, bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, but the door bar was broken off so we only had one lock. The bathroom door had a hole on the inside side and it was broken like the outer pressed wood was coming off the door core. But it still shut as it should. There was some spots on the ceiling and wall where the paint was peeled off. The halls, elevator and lovby were all clean. Even though the room had a few issues It was still comfortabe and I would definitely stay again.

I think this property has a potential to be a three star just by fixing things that are broken like plumbing and air conditioning and grouting. Most important is a more meticulous approach to cleaning the rooms--dusty, sticky, crusty, dingy, and moldy--all not good combinations.

The lady who checked me in was great. The room on the other hand was not so great to start the door was open when I got to my room one bed was a mess like someone just got done laying on it and smelled the same way. Also found bed bugs so I was sleeping on a chair and not a soft one it was one that you would put at ur kitchen table.. And to top it all off there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and it honestly looked like the whole room needed a deep clean.

The room we were staying in should have been out of commission. There were holes in the walls, the ceiling was falling down in the entryway of the room, and the bathroom door was splitting apart. The staff was amazing though. But I will not stay here again.
