From the time I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and courteous and professional, and highly attentive to my every need. The room was clean, and most importantly it was quiet. Overall, it was a top-notch experience, especially given the price which was more than reasonable. I would go back to this motel again, and I would recommend it to any friend or family member.

Room was clean. Heat worked well. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was your typical budget hotel cold breakfast. TV didn’t work, said it couldn’t connect to any internet. I did not contact anyone to fix it though as I just needed to get to sleep quickly. I did get double charged but they fixed it. I booked through Expedia and there was a charge for the correct amount ($53.46) on my card. After checking in, there was a Days Inn charge that showed up separately ($45.66). They don’t have an incidental charge and no one made me aware of any other charges that would be added. I called them and the front desk staff had to reach out to the owner because she didn’t know what it was/how to fix it. The owner took the charge off right away. So my suggestion is just to make sure your check your transactions after your stay to make sure your charged accordingly. Otherwise, the stay was good. I would definitely use the hotel again.

The low stars are for the hotel itself. The owner needs to pay attention to detail and have the electronic locks checked. Every night except the last night we had to have the key cards constantly reprogrammed as we couldn't get in the room. One morning we got up a bit late. Went to the breakfast area at 955. Yes it's 5 minutes till they stop but everything was removed. I wasn't exactly mad but wasn't happy either. That is only worth half a star. The pool was very cold as the staff informed us that the heater needed repairs and was waiting on parts. It did look beautiful and clean. The hot tub was usable ave was great. Needed a bit updated but worked none the less... the staff was great. The front desk people were helpful and the last cleaning the rooms was always around. Nathan was extremely helpful and informative more polite then most hotel staff in Florida. We do travel a lot so hotels are something we pay close attention to. If the owner did a bit more updating and maintaining it a bit more this would be an excellent budget hotel is stay at every time I came back to home!!!

Overall uncleanliness. I chose this hotel for the hot tub, which was broken upon arrival. The pool itself was freezing and so was the air temp in the pool room. 6 people and not a single one felt comfortable enough to swim. The morning of our departure, when my husband and I were coming back in from taking our things out to the vehicle, we werebgreeted by a very rude "what are you looking for?" We did not eat breakfast, my kids just wanted a juice and were told no in some choice words not appropriate for children. It was just after breakfast had ended so understandable if they werent "allowed" to have one anymore, but someone else had just came and took some, so the children followed suit and got cussed at. When I got to my vehicle the kids were upset about the incident, so I decided to go speak to someone about it. Turns out the manager was the same person who treated my kids like that. Also the same lady who was rude to my husband and I earlier that morning, so i knew she was lying when she tried to tell me she asked them politely not to take a juice.

Room keys wouldn’t work after initial entry. They were old, worn out, and wouldn’t retain the info. Had to return to front desk four times to get new key cards. No elevator at property. Only one entrance because doors closest to parking could only be opened from inside. Asked for crib, which was put in wrong room. Tried to call front desk but the phone didn’t work. Plug ins by bed didn’t work. Pool/hot tub was out of service due to broken part. Overall, no upkeep to property. I would not recommend this hotel.
