Bath towels and some essentials are provided: a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, and a roll of paper towels. Body soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent is not provided.

Arrowhead Lake requires all short‑term guests to register and pay community fees. These are not charged by us, but we collect them on their behalf.

Year‑Round Fees
Gate Card: $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee: $20
Pet Fee: $55 (if applicable)

In‑Season Temporary Membership
(Friday before Memorial Day – Labor Day)
$8.50 per person per night (age 6+)
OR
$42.50 per person per week (age 6+)

Off‑Season Temporary Membership
$2.00 per person per night (age 6+)

Late Fee (Community‑Imposed)
$100 if registration is submitted within 3 days of arrival or if guest info is incomplete.

We handle the registration for you — you’ll receive a VRBO payment request for the community fees.
