"My wife and I always enjoy all the things to keep us busy and to reconnect. The room could use a little more tlc (tender loving care). Our pool area had a strong wood smell guessing from fire place. Shower area had some small signs of mold and water was not going down fast enough into drain. Staff was amazing no matter what you was doing; checking in, or meal time :hostess and wait staff: also team at spooners and our xoxo personnel. This is not our first time and won’t be our last. "

"The hotel is in such a great location and you cannot beat being able to park behind the hotel in the lot. We parked, went to our room, and then hit the downtown bars and restaurants! There are so many options to choose from within walking distance and if you wanted to go see a show at the Sherman Theater you can choose no better place to stay. The hotel has such a friendly and personable staff that it’s just a no brainer of a place to book! We will be back."
"Our stay at Great Wolf was amazing! We absolutely loved it! And the reviews about unwelcome critters were completely false. There were no signs of any such thing in either of the two rooms we stayed in. The lodge is beautiful, the rooms are impeccably clean, the staff is super courteous, and the mountains and other scenery are truly breathtaking!!"
