"Wonderful and helpful staff, accommodating my family’s early arrival, wonderful and spacious room, great amenities onsite… close to the beach and Magnificent Mile! We are coming back, no question! Thank you Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mike! Elliott J"
"While amenities and being up to date are important, my main focus for a hotel is it’s cleanliness and how comfortable is the bed since I’ve stayed many places that while nice, if the bed is uncomfortable can ruin your stay. Our room at Omni was clean and comfortable. There were a few things that looked a little tired and could use updating but overall we had a good sleep and were refreshed for the next day."
"The location was great but the room was older and not as nice as we expected. Breakfast the next morning was VERY basic. Toast and fruit. Overall the location really made up for it and it was fine."
