「Very good hotel 」

「简直糟糕透了。前台两位女工作人员，一脸不耐烦，好像旅客都欠他们的一样。不是那种面无表情哦，是那种冷着你给你摆脸子呢。真是令人不开心。整个酒店服务都很冷漠，就是那种懒得搭理你。 还有就是去迪士尼班车时间真的太少了，一天一趟到两趟，而且时间基本都不太有意义。 整体设施就那样吧，比较旧。 」

「Me and my family absolutely love this place. It was very roomy and when we were home, we felt like we had our own privacy, but everything else was just a walk away. Great place to stay for a family vacation.」

「What a wonderful and convenient place to stay. They have a heated pool which was perfect for the time of year and it is open 24hours. The hotel is located near some fun parks and my favorite was an area of food trucks where we found the most delicious dinners. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of 4」

「Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Anyway, she find a way for us to be upgraded. If not for her I regret that I chose spectrum. I highly recommend this beatiful resort. Worth...

「The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve. Breakfast Included and Conditions for Serving Breakfast」

「性价比很高。公园玩累了在酒店休整一下也很舒服。泳池很棒。酒店有shuttle去迪士尼，但时间固定比较受限。打Lyft去迪士尼十块钱左右，比自己开车去方便很多。」

「We liked the shuttle and all the pools everything was great up until an hour time to check out. While sitting on the patio house keeping drove by on a golf cart and rang the door bell, a few times, as if to make us hurry and get it so they can start cleaning the room. 」

「Great spot! You can Uber to Disney back and forth from your room and it’s the same or less than parking. Host was super nice and accommodating we needed up extending our stay. Room had everything you need and we never had any issues. 」

「nd quiet. Nobody bothering you the pool was amazing and heated the jacuzzi whew amazing lol. I will definitely book again when I visit. The view is also so nice in the backyard seeing the water. Option to even use the boat but I was scared of alligators lol so I stayed on shore. It’s an amazing quiet place. Even slept in a couple times due to the quietness and not knowing it was day time lol. Definitely an amazing birthday trip」
