“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“We loved the Inn! It was like it was out of a storybook! The staff were very friendly and helpful! They recommended so many restaurants!! It was only a short walk away from so many stores, restaurants and the beautiful bay! Definitely in the top 5 places we’ve ever stayed!!”

“We arrived and there was plenty of parking in the garage, signed in to the Inn and the staff was excellent! We went up to checkout our room and it was fabulous! Clean, looked wonderful, spacious great lighting and services! I would absolutely come back to Cow Hallow again when visiting San Francisco! Thank you for this special place to stay!”

“Staffs are very helpful and the hotel is located at the heart of Fishermans wharf. The outside of the hotel looks a bit dated but to my surprise room is very clean n neat, so a big plus there. ”
