"pros: location & cleanliness! AC worked well.cons: no linens or towels (I know it’s an “LBI thing” but still bizarre) or toiletries. no real beach gear to use. depending on when you arrive found parking to be difficult "

"My husband, three children and I had an exceptional time staying at this lovely seaside escape. I have never had a nicer or more welcoming host; the view is gorgeous and it’s a great location to local eateries and a short drive to Sandy Hook Beach or the Seastreak ferry to NYC. Would recommend for families and friends looking for a casual beach residence and a great location!"
