「Very large hotel. No hot tub. Clean rooms and clean hotel 」

「Shower pressure was terrible. Urine spots on the toilet seat. Overflowing garbages in hallways 」

「There was mud down the hallway and no soap in the shower dispenser but there were two used bars of soap still in the soap dish in the shower」

「Our room wasn’t exactly the cleanest. It looked like there was some “passion” up in there. There were hand prints all over the window, all over both headboards, and what looked like butt prints on the headboards, as well. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixtures. We didn’t want any living creatures in our room so we were hoping they were dead! There were no other rooms available as the hotel was sold out. My kids and I went out and bought Clorox wipes to clean what housekeeping...

Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print. When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends...

「Comfortable beds」

「Leaking water in bathroom from above floor, pool cold and area not very well kept up. Breakfast was ok. But would not stay here again. Was an interesting stay to say the least. 」

「The water in the washbasin in Room 225 is blocked.」

「I was told that I needed to empty my trash into the dumpster myself. Being GF I found nothing to eat at breakfast that was not gluten. Coffee available but if you wanted juice you had to buy it from the vending machine. No utensils, so I had to use my bottle cap to scoop up the microwave egg breakfast I bought at Walmart.」

「We had to switch rooms twice before there was clean bedding. Our toilet was covered in pee. The bedding was stained an it just was not a good experience. I booked through Expedia and they called to try to sort it out for me but the refused to refund anything just offered to switch our room yet again. So we booked with a different hotel the rest of our trip. 」

「I had booked and paid for a room online, check in is at 3 pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told the rooms weren’t ready and wouldn’t be until 6:30 or so. They then told me to just wait in the lobby or come back later. So I hung around for about 45 minutes but I had an event I had to be at by 6pm, and ended up having to change clothes and get ready in the lobby bathroom. My room still wasn’t ready after this, so I brought my bag back to my vehicle and went to my event. When I came back after my event...
