high quality Villa

Luxury Villa around 15km inland from Zadar, located in a small village. The Villa is recently built and everything is to a high standard. Fabulous heated outdoor pool, large BBQ area, secure parking, play equipment for children. Excellent communication with Marin and Anita, the owners. Local grocery store next door (but hidden from villa). Everything very clean and tidy. Good location for exploring the area, Nin and Novigrad being just a couple of beautiful local villages, so not far to go for a dip in the sea, but the Villa pool is very nice. Our stay was unfortunately only for one week, we could have stayed for a month 🙁

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in einem sehr sauberen, vollklimatisierten Haus. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit sehr modernen Küchengeräten ausgestattet. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad (Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche). In den Schlafzimmern gibt es genügend Stauraum für Kleidung. In der Küche gibt es genügend Geschirr und auch Reinigungsmittel sind vorhanden. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein wunderschöner großer, sauberer Salzwasserpool (weniger Hautirritationen) und sechs bequeme Sonnenliegen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen überdachten Sitzbereich mit einem sehr großen Esstisch, Stühlen und einem gut durchdachten, gemauerten Grill. Das Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen und auch mit Kameras gesichert. Leider war die Aussicht vom Pool auf die Hauswand des Supermarkts nicht ganz so schön, aber die Liegen lassen sich schließlich verschieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und haben sich um evtl. Probleme zeitnah gekümmert, die Kommunikation war problemlos, da Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen wurde. Auch wurden wir mit Obst, Getränken etc. verwöhnt. Es waren auch Gewürze und Öl vorhanden, die Bäder waren mit Handseife bestückt. Innerhalb von max. 20 Minuten erreicht man Zadar oder Nin. Wir kommen gerne wieder, nächstes Jahr
