Chalet Laura is a charming single-story chalet located in Puerto Pollensa, just an 8-minute walk from the beach, where you will find a variety of restaurants, shops, and cafes. This home is ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy the beach, being an ideal option for those who do not want to drive everywhere.
Entering the chalet, we find a covered porch with a small table, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The interior of the house welcomes us with a bright and comfortable living room, equipped with sofas and a TV, ideal for reading a good book or enjoying a family movie. From the living room, a door gives access to the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is Wi-Fi available throughout the house.
The chalet has a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds. There is a shower bathroom in the same hallway.
All bedrooms and the dining room include hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has air conditioning scheduled in all units from 9pm to 8am and from 2pm to 4pm.
From the living room you access the dining room, the perfect place to enjoy delicious meals. To the left of the dining room is the kitchen, small but functional, equipped with all the necessary elements for your culinary needs.
At the back of the house, you will find a covered terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for sharing games, conversations or savoring your culinary delights. The terrace also has a barbecue for enjoying outdoor grilling.
The private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of excursions or simply to relax in the sun.
The chalet has uncovered parking for 1 car.
Chalet Laura is located in the Gotmar area, 8 minutes' walk from the beach, 1.4 km from Puerto Pollensa, 150 metres from supermarkets and shops and 100 metres from the bus stop.
Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you could need both inland and on the coast. The Bay of Puerto Pollensa has a wide range of water sports to choose from. During the day you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can rent a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go water skiing or jet-biking.
In the evening there is a wide variety of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive restaurants.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known to the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of culinary experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
The old town of Pollença has several good restaurants and small cafes. The town is full of history and this is evident everywhere. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruits and vegetables and nuts and spices.
There is a virgin beach called Cala Boquer near Chalet Laura. The only access to it is on foot, and it can take around 1 hour of hiking to finally meet pure nature, clean and blue water, peace and wonderful views.
This is a new listing, so it doesn't have any reviews yet. However, the property is managed by Owl Booking, which rents out 80 villas in the area, with 10 years of experience and excellent customer service. Book with confidence!
