Lovely villa in great location and fabulous pool

Lovely villa with everything you could possibly need! On a lovely piece of land with great pool. Only a short drive to either Pollensa or Alcudia.

Beach villa arlos

Beautiful property, ideal location, great for families. Swimming pool is fantastic, spent most days in pool. Loved the outside terrace as always offered some shade. We would have given this a 5 star review but the en-suite bathroom had a very bad drainage smell even with air freshener and window open, the smell would not go away and you could not shower with the window open as blocks entry into bath. The main room is lovely however towards the end of the week, as the temperature increased, it was too hot in the evening when we needed to sit in it. This is likely due to no window shutters on the front of property where the sun hits later on in the day. This would put us off going in summer. Ideally a fan would be a good idea or air conditioning needed as all the bedrooms have this so it’s a shame about the main room. I’m sure these items can be addressed going forward. We had a fantastic holiday overall and would stay again!

Ladies 50th birthday Holiday.

We liked everything about this Villa, loved the walk in pantry filled with glasses, cups etc. Plenty of towels, all so Spotless. The pool was gorgeous.Especially with the light on at night. Books to read was a bonus. Maybe having the rubbish bins closer to the Villa, the walk was lovely but somebody older or with a disability may find this a struggle. Also for 6 people there didn't seem to be enough hot water, We staggered our showers in the end to give water time to heat up.

Wonderful relaxing stay in a fantastic villa

Lovely villa. Excellent garden and pool. Nice private location. Bedrooms lovely and cool with the aircon. Don’t need it on 24hrs a day so the time restricted arrangement is absolutely fine. Kitchen facilities are fine and the proximity to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca makes it easy to eat out at some amazing places Very minor thing, but would be good to have even just an electric fan in the main living area, but some way to cool it down would have made the villa perfect. There were a lot of biting insects outside in the evening.

Great getaway!

The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The pool was absolutely wonderful - a fabulous size. Plenty of room for all the usual toys. Everywhere was very clean. The rooms were a really good size. Kitchen is well stocked - although we couldn't locate a chopping board - only a bread board. Only thing I would recommend adding would be a portable fan - the lounge area is not air conditioned and that and the outside terrace were incredibly warm and aireless, even in the evenings. Would help with the mosquitos as well (there were a lot due to the location). You'll need a car to get around as it's quite a remote location. Would definitely recommend the villa!

The villa is beautiful. Lovely open space and fab pool. Bedrooms have air conditioning but set to a timer. Prefer to put on and off as needed. The location was further from Puerto Pollensa than thought, so car definitely needed. Nearest supermarket us is 10 min drive or hour walk. Air conditioning not on a timer.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Da es abends recht frisch war wäre es schön gewesen man hätte den Kamin benutzen, bzw. den Wohnbereich heizen können.

Loved our stay

Great Villa in a lovely setting. Very attentive to requests. Hot water didnt really get hot, only warm and there wasn´t very much of it! A new boiler and new shower head holder in the main bathroom would make it perfect!
