A great location and close to old Pollensa town which we love! We didn't really use the kitchen other than for making hot drinks as there were just the two of us and we ate out the whole time! It was very well equipped though and very clean

The perfect base for exploring Mallorca.

The house was perfect for our week in October. Very comfortable with plenty of room. We loved the roof terrace with its views over the rooftops of Pollenca and also to the mountains and down the valley towards Cala San Vicente. Only a short walk into town where there are a great selection of interesting shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and I would highly recommend. We hope to come back next year.

In the oldest part of Pollença

Casa Calvari is a fantastic home and we wished we could stay longer. This is in the oldest part of Pollença and this is so beautiful that we felt like we were in a Fellini movie set! Walking distance to everything in Pollença. Street parking was no problem. The house itself is very spacious, very clean and we felt right at home. Our hosts were very helpful and flexible to ensure we had a great stay.

Sehr schönes mallorquinisches Townhouse in lebendigem Ort

Pollensa ist ein lebendiger Ort mit vielen kleinen Läden, Werkstätten, Restaurants am Rand der Tramuntana. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rande der Altstadt, ein Parkplatz ist um die Ecke.Das Townhouse ist typisch mallorquinisch, liebevoll eingerichtet, darüber hinaus mit Dachterrasse und zwei Wohnzimmern. Sehr große Menschen könnten sich den Kopf stoßen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'ensemble se repartit sur l'équivalent d'un étage avec des demi-niveaux, donc pas trop de grimpette. La maison est très bien située, à deux pas du pont romain et de son parking gratuit (important). L'accès se fait par quelques marches sur une voie calme et piétonne. Vous êtes à quelques minutes à pied de la Plaça Mayor. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Pollensa qui est une des rares villes de l'île à avoir conservé son cachet et ses habitants. Beaucoup de chouettes ballades de dans les alentours, notamment sur le cap Formentor et la péninsule d'Alcudia. La région est très belle et l'accès aux plages facile. On est loin du tourisme de masse. Je recommande la maison sans hésiter.

What a great property and location.

A short walk into Pollenca. This house is lovely. Set on 3 floors, it is presented so beautifully. We found it exceptionally clean, with lovely fresh bed linen and fluffy towels. The bed was really comfy. The photos don't really show the size of the house and how beautifully decorated it is, with lovely ornaments and art. The top roof terrace is lovely for morning coffee in the sunshine and for watching the stars at night. There are beach mats and umbrellas and buckets and spades etc for the kids to take to the beach. The hallway is huge so we could safely store our bikes. There is also a Nespresso machine which was very easy and nice. Very comfortable, safe and homely.

This place is clean, comfortable and has some nice outdoor spaces. There was always parking on the street nearby, and even being on the edge of town it’s still a short walk into the center. The service that hosts this was very responsive to email and a small concern I had was taken care of within an hour of me sending an email.

WE WILL NOT BE BACK

Photographs are totally misleading ... the property is dark, smelly, full of bugs and not clean ... pans, glasses etc. have not been washed in months by the look of them ... mould growing on rims of pans for instance. Not a single bin bag left for rubbish and three toilet rolls!! The lower patio is overgrown by trees and rotten fruit everywhere and a filthy parasol. The top patio scarcely room for two never mind four. Sheets and towels not changed until tenth day after having to request the change and two single sheets put on the double bed as they seemingly didn't have a double!! Bugs crawling in the bed overnight. Satellite TV no English programmes and no way to change language. Three flights of very steep stairs with no handrails ... the ground floor lounge had no TV and smelled strongly of stale smoke. The only really clean area was the walk in shower. This property was not cheap and we have been coming to Pollenca for over forty years and this is by far the worst experience in this time.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Charme

Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus in sehr guter zentraler Lage, aber dennoch ruhig. Wir haben eine schöne Woche mit unseren Kindern hier verbringen können. Fußläufig sind schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Mit tollen Bildern und viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr sauber. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten haben wir vermisst. So waren in den Badezimmern Seifenspender für Flüssigseife vorhanden, diese waren jedoch nicht befüllt. Auch Toilettenpapier war nicht ausreichend für vier Personen vorhanden. Dafür haben wir uns aber gefreut, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, ein paar Kräuter, Kaffeekapseln für die vorhandene Maschine und auch Mokkakännchen zum Kochen von Espresso vorgefunden zu haben. Über den Willkommensgruß der Eigentümer, eine Flasche Wein und eine Flasche Wasser, haben wir uns auch gefreut. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft als sehr gut bezeichnen und unseren Freunden und Ihnen gerne empfehlen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass der Schlüssel nicht (wie abgesprochen) in der Schlüsselbox war. Der Kontakt und die Problemlösung lief dann aber reibungslos.

Super spacious house with lovely terrace on the top floor

Stayed for 1 week in this lovely house. Very spacious, In a quiet location, in easy walking distance to the centre of the lovely town. Everything you need has been provided, and the bottle of wine, water and chocolates was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Couple of good local supermarkets just down the road, where you can get all your requirements, however we chose to eat out at the many local restaurants to choose from. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Lots of local walks from the town. We didn't have a car, local bus service very good. We would love to go back sometime.

Relaxing. Easy access to the town. Better than expected.

As my wife and 2 grandsons (10 and 12) entered the property all I could here from the boys was WOW! as the went round the house. The house was clean with a friendly touch of a bottle of wine, box of chocolates and a bottle of water. The towels and sheets were changed after about 8 days. Knowing the area was helpful so shopping and visiting was easy. We had regular trips the the beach, only about 10 minutes away, to Cala San Vicentc. Parking was an experience as it was street parking and with narrow streets and locals parking so not much space was available. My wife and I both said the we would consider coming here again and certainly recommend it to family and friends.
