“The property was exactly as listed and we were very pleased. Our only criticism would be that they need newer and larger towels! And maybe a couple more blankets given the time of year. The parking worked well given that it's impossible to park outside, but we could drop luggage off and the car park was only a 2 minute walk away. Property manager was lovely and very helpful regarding our departure as the roads were due to be closed for a sporting event. However, it was annoying to have to……

“The communication regarding the key access came last minute and didn't allow for our planning. It doesn't help that WhatsApp was preferred by the owner. I don't use WhatsApp! Believe it or not, but there are pople on this planet who don't. The house did have intense musty damp smell as if it wasn't aired for a very long time. This didn't change after airing by us, so good luck for the next. We didn't expect to much, but after renting multiple houses over years this was the first one not to find……

“Pool area is great. Lots of towels. Pollensa is a beautiful town. About a 20 minute walk into the centre. Lidl is 10-15 walk away.Buses to beach at the end of the road.Lots of wildlife around the villa. A Pine Marten wondered around the pool one morning while we were enjoying a coffee. Red Kites and other birds of prey circle over head throughout the day.Pool is deep, so may not be ideal for young children, but the jacuzzi could be an make-shift kids pool.House is a little tired. The odd broken……

“Lovely property, perfect for a young family of four. Large pool.We had a small issue with the toilet but Paco sorted it very promptly.It would be nice if there were a few more basic items in the kitchen, no chopping board for example. It is frustrating when you have to buy basic things like salt & pepper and dishwaher/washing machine liquid knowing you are only going to use a handful of times. Anything non perishable we left for the next customers to benefit from.All in all a really nice place……

"We had a very pleasant stay at the apartments behind the hotel. The area was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The views were lovely, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We experienced a Wi-Fi issue during the first night, but the hotel handled the situation professionally and kept us updated. The internet was fixed quickly the following afternoon, and everything worked perfectly afterwards. We truly appreciated the staff’s kindness, communication, and quick response. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
