  • In the winding old town of Pollença there is the Casa General Perez with capacity for 4 people. The typical Majorcan town house has a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a satellite TV and a high chair. A special feature of this vacation home is the idyllic courtyard with a pool and sun loungers. A peaceful retreat, perfect for those who want to relax yet still be within short walking distance of shops, cafe bars and restaurants. Casa General Perez is a wonderful townhouse, full of character, and perfectly placed to enjoy the attractions of Pollenca's main square. Many restaurants are less than a 5-minute walk away and the nearest shops are also just a 5-minute walk away. The distance to the nearest beach is about 15 minutes by car.



    The pool can be heated for an extra fee and it is also available during the winter season.

Great base to get around area

Great location, 1min walk to shops, restaurants etc. Everything within close proximity. Accommodation had everything we needed and for our winter stay provided good quality bedding and heating. Very comfortable and the property is a lovely Mallorcian townhouse with authentic touches that we loved.Maria Antonia was most helpful too!

Perfect holiday villa in a beautiful and quiet location

Pros: Close to Pollenca main square, the villa was faultless, Maria made us so welcome and was available to answer any questions, we will be coming back next year, the pool was lovely on a hot day. Thank you Maria. Cons: Nothing
