Simply wonderful

We have returned to this villa on multiple occasions, and it is still as wonderful as the first time. The scenery, peace and quiet continues to draw us back, as does the amazing pool. Guillem a wonderful host, who leaves you be, but know he is on hand should you ever need him.

Just back from a 12 night stay with my wife and daughter at this super nice villa set in a beautiful location just a short walking distance from Pollensa town centre. The villa was as described and perfectly met our needs and the pool was fantastic. Big thank you to Gullium who was a great host and very understanding and forgiving when we had a small accident with a plant pot!! Very much looking forward to another visit next year.

Amazing Villa set in the most beautiful location

We had a perfect stay in this amazing villa. The photos do not do it justice. The views from the terrace were spectacular. The whole house and garden were well maintained and very clean. Air conditioning everywhere. The walk in to Pollenca old town was an easy 15 minutes. The town itself was beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this villa to experience the peace and solitude of this beautiful part of the island.

First class property

The property was excellent with everything we required. The rural location is also very good. Make sure you have detailed directions or it will be difficult to find. Pollenca itself is a pretty town to visit & there is plenty to do in the area. The host was very pleasant & helpful.

Wonderful villa with amazing pool

The property was perfect - clean, quiet, in a great location (20 minute walk to the centre of Pollensa), and had wonderful views. The pool, sun deck and outdoor space were even better than we’d hoped. The neighbouring donkey was also a great hit! Would definitely recommend for couples or small families.

Excellent location

Guillem and Antonia were excellent hosts, very helpful and accommodating. The house is situated in a lovely location with great outside space. The pool was very welcome wuth plenty of shade and eating areas. Backdrop of the mountains is stunning. Easy 20 minute walk into Pollenca which is lovely. Great market on a Sunday. Highly recommend Guillem and Antonias property.

A repeat visit to a perfect retreat

The house is so pretty, set in a peaceful and opulent garden - with a terrific pool - mountain views - and all this close to Pollensa town (Saturday market) and port (beaches and restaurants) and only 55 kms from the airport - this is a superb place! We enjoyed driving the crazy mountain roads which wiggle around from here all the way to the western end of the island - and we also explored the interior, quiet, unspoilt and much less visited. Guillem is the perfect host. The house is spotless. Maybe the TV could be set up to be more user-friendly - we just gave up on it!

Small and simple but comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday.

For me, the photographs on the website do not do the villa justice.. the large pool, the jacuzzi and the lush mountain views from the roof terrace are all very much under sold. The only negative, as others have alluded to, is the drive up to the villa. The long and winding roads are so narrow they leave very little room for error! However, that drive gives you privacy and an adventure that really lives long in the memory. At Can Pascoli, you can expect many visitors such as cats and geckos but make sure to coat yourself in bug spray as bugs live in the bushes nearby and may feast on your limbs, torso and back! Overall, mine and my families experience at this villa was very positive, everyday felt better than the last and its so easy to go out for dinner as the main square in pollensa is only a 15-20 minute walk away. We arrived around 8pm and the owners had generously left a bottle of red wine, cold water and bag of nuts on arrival. We have enjoyed many happy holidays in pollensa and this experience was no different.

gem of a property

Just returned from one week in this lovely villa. The pictures do not do it justice. In fact we were amazed when we arrived by how upmarket it felt. Firstly, the location is superb. At the end of a quiet country lane, no passing traffic. Underneath the mountains and surrounded by an orchard. The only noise was the cockrel in the field next to us. But only 20 minutes pleasant walk in to the centre of pollensa with cafes and restaurants. Our 3 year old managed it no problem (although on shoulders on the way back!) The supermarket is well stocked and 2 minutes drive away. Best beach at formentera about 20 minutes drive but much nearer ones about 10 minutes drive away. The villa itself is all you need. Large beautifully maintained gardens and very clean pool. Inside is spacious enough for 4 with modern appliances in a slightly dated kitchen. Otherwise inside is quite basic, but you wont be using it that much with all the fatastic outside space available. Our kids were just a wee bit small (3 and 1) for the temerature of the pool in May. Another month would have heated it up nicely. We thought it was OK and older kids would manage no problem. Plus (and this is not a criticism) young kids need constant supervision aroung the pool and the design of the villa makes it impossible to nip inside and keep an eye on them. I am sure this would be the same in most villas. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Very helpful owner who is local and obviously loves his property and Pollenca. Would definately go back.

Ruhige Lage, Tolle Gegend

Positiv: Lage des Hauses, schön ruhig, nette Nachbarnca. 1 Km laufen um nach Pollenca zu gelangen, wo es tolle Restaurants, Bars etc gib.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist schlicht. Soweit okay , sauber.Der Grill ist gut, leider sind keinerlei BBQ GerĂ€te zur Nutzung vorhanden. Habe den Pfannenheber genommen. Das Haus: kleines umgebautes Bauernhaus ( ca. 55 qm ) mit Einfachverglasung und nicht sehr effektiver Klimaanlage. Feuchtigkeit lief an den Innenscheiben runter. Wir waren aber auch im Feb/MĂ€rz da. War sehr klamm die Angelegenheit.Leider sind keinerlei Möglichkeiten um Jacken oder andere Dinge irgendwie anzuhĂ€ngen. Bad einwandfrei nur keine Möglichkeiten etwas anzuhĂ€ngen.Wir waren zu 2 da. War PlatzmĂ€ĂŸig okay. Mit 4 Leuten ist es zu klein. Nun hatten wir leider recht schlechtes Wetter. Mussten als viel Zeit im Haus verbringen.Das GrundstĂŒck ist schön! Die Wegbeschreibung fand ich nicht gut! Hatte mir das Bild ausgedruckt vom Haus/ Tor. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir brauchten keine Hilfe weiter.Die Tischtennisplatte ist gut, die SchlĂ€ger naja!Fazit: Tolle einfache sehr entspannende Location und GrĂŒsse an unsere Lieblingskatze ( Siamverschnitt)Wir haben uns trotz der kleinen UnzulĂ€nglichkeiten sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.Man braucht einen Mietwagen!!! Die Gegend ist der Hammer! Viele schöne Touren gemacht

Excellent séjour... à part les moustiques !

La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e. Situation idĂ©ale pour visiter les plus beaux coins de Majorque (serra da Tramuntana, cap Formentor, ...). Les paysages sont Ă©poustouflants. L'environnement est super calme, au bout d'un chemin Ă©troit et tortueux (attention, un gros SUV ou un minibus peut avoir du mal Ă  passer). Beau jardin, piscine magnifique, mais les moustiques, c'est une vraie calamitĂ©. MĂȘme en novembre, on se fait agresser Ă  n'importe quelle heure de la journĂ©e. Insupportable, mais c'est le cas un peu partout Ă  Majorque. Il n'y a qu'en montagne qu'on est tranquille. La maison n'est pas grande mais juste suffisante pour quatre personnes. Les canapĂ©s, qui ont l'air tout neufs, sont particuliĂšrement confortables. L'atmosphĂšre intĂ©rieure est assez humide (en novembre) et la clim a du mal Ă  rĂ©chauffer l'atmosphĂšre. Elle est bruyante et a l'air bien fatiguĂ©e. Il manque une chaufferette Ă©lectrique dans la salle de bain. Equipement de cuisine succinct mais suffisant. Lits confortables. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs disponible et trĂšs serviable. Pour rĂ©sumer, nous avons passĂ© une semaine formidable Ă  Pollença.

Fantastic Outside Space And Great Location

The Villa is perfect if you want a quiet location that’s also within easy walking distance of Pollensa. It has great views, a large pool, bbq, table tennis, and plenty of shade if you want it. The kitchen is well equipped, while the rest of the interior is more than adequate, and slightly better than the pictures suggest. Guillem is an excellent and friendly host. If you’re a nervous driver then this might not be the place for you as the road from the main road is very narrow. We would return.

Wunderbare Lage

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderbar. An 2 Seiten umgeben von bewaldeten Bergen hat man das GefĂŒhl allein mitten in der Natur zu sein. Im und am Haus findet sich alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt... Liegen, Grill etc. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist absolut ok. Dann gibt es noch ein ganz besonderes extra, der Pool. Wir haben schon viele FerienhĂ€user besucht hatten aber noch keinen Pool in dieser GrĂ¶ĂŸe. Wir lieben RĂŒckenschwimmen und hier waren (jedenfalls bei mir) 15 SchlĂ€ge bis zur Wende möglich... also das Schwimmen macht Spass und das Baden sowieso. Die Umgebung des Hauses spricht fĂŒr sich und gehört fĂŒr uns zu den schönsten Destinationen auf Mallorca. Das Haus ist eine echte Empfehlung.

Villa in tranquil location

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa had everything we needed and the garden and pool were fantastic with a beautiful mountain backdrop. We really liked the tranquil location with no road noise, yet it was only a short walk into the town. We’d definitely stay again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Perfekt zum relaxen. Schöner, großer Pool. Einfaches Haus, aber alles vorhanden incl. Tischtennis. Pollenca Altstadt fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Netter, unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Anfahrt im Dunklen etwas tricky ( eng, verwinkelte Straße,wie oft auf Mallorca) tagsĂŒber aber kein Problem. Danke!

Super Finca, sehr ruhig, am Rande der Siedlung. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Pollenca. Sehr nette und bemĂŒhte Gastgeber.

Ein kleines Paradies

FĂŒr uns als 4-köpfige Familie war dieses Ferienhaus die perfekte Basis fĂŒr einen wundervollen Urlaub auf Mallorca. Abseits der Touristenmassen bietet dieses Haus alles was man zum entspannen und wohlfĂŒhlen braucht. Es ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Mikrowelle, GeschirrspĂŒler und Waschmaschine. Alles ist gut gepflegt und funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir haben insbesondere den schönen Garten und den Pool sehr genossen. Die teilweise ĂŒberdachte Veranda ist ideal, um draußen zu Essen. Auch die Tischtennisplatte und den gemauerten Außenkamin zum Grillen haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Pollenca ist ideal um große Teile der Insel mit weniger als 1 Stunde Autofahrt zu erkunden. Die StrĂ€nde von Alcudia, Pollenca, Formentor und Sant Vicenc sind in 10 - 25 min per Auto zu erreichen. Der Vermieter Guillem ist super nett und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, kĂŒmmerte sich alle paar Tage um den Pool und die Pflanzen im Garten.
