The Villa with pool in Majorca consists of a main house and a guest house. The main house has a large living area on the ground floor with an open kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with sun terrace and a second bathroom, with bath and shower and a sauna (the use will be charged extra).



The guest house offers two further bedrooms, each with its own shower room.

It is the perfect holiday home for a holiday with family, friends or also for cycling groups.

There is a large veranda with barbecue for social evenings.



The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter. In the winter months, heating and electricity costs are billed separately, a deposit of 500 € has to be paid. In the summer season, electricity consumption of 35 KWH / night is included. Additional consumption will be charged separately.
