Family holiday
I can honestly say this was the best villa I have ever booked.
The villa itself is very well laid out and well equipped. The rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning worked well which was vital during a hot July holiday! The whole villa was clean and tidy, the garden was well kept and the pool was clean.
We had the most brilliant family holiday, everything worked really well. The pool is a perfect size and our 3 boys spent hours playing in it! Bathroom and pool towels were provided.
Plenty of space for parking, easy to get to and only 5 minutes from Pollença old town.
Balearic Villas were fantastic, really helpful and provided great instructions for arrival/departure from the property. They also advised on a local chef who we used for a few evenings and was also fantastic.
All in all, a wonderful holiday!
Very little! Great communication with the company in the lead up to the holiday so we felt totally confident that any issues we may have had would be dealt with quickly.
The villa - we had no complaints to be honest. At one point we struggled to get hot water out of the shower in the twin bedroom, but to be honest we think that was our fault turning the gauge the wrong way!!!
