Great villa and walkable to the centre of Pollensa in about 20 to 25 mins via a quiet cut through. The villa was great with lots of little touches by Owl Booking. The pools and social space were great for our group. Our 3rd Owl booking and we will be back again

Everything, other than drivingg on the 'wrong side' !! Having someone from Owl to call on us at villa but it was no big deal. Great holiday had by all!

Lovely property in a quiet location, about 20 minutes walk to Pollensa main square. The pool was beautiful and very clean, there were quite a few wasps around the pool area, but they weren’t a nuisance. Gorgeous garden and view over the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ideal villa for family

This villa was perfect for our family holiday of 3 generations. So quiet yet only 15 minutes walk from Pollensa town. Superb service from Owl villas and a very generous welcome basket. Cots and high chairs provided for our 2 little ones. Being all on one level they had plenty of space to crawl around. The covered patio was great for outdoor eating. Shade from the sun and also the rain! Have no hesitation on recommending it and also owl villas who we will use again if we return to this area. Nothing

Very pleasant holiday accomodation

High standard, well kept. Prompt improvement of vehicle access (please make that permanent, modern cars don't have much ground clearance). Minor details: A more detailed explanation how to operate the safe. A mirror at the gate showing the traffic coming from the right side would be helpful when driving to Pollenca because you can't see much what comes from that direction.

Poolfinca zum Entspannen

Wir waren wieder einmal in unserer Lieblingsfinca. Für unsere Tochter als Rollifahrerin ist alles da was sie braucht und vor allem viel Platz draußen sowie drin. Auf der großen Terrasse haben wir auch gut die Hitze aushalten können, schön im Schatten. Wie immer ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und ein wunderbarer Service. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich und haben eine tolle Zeit hier in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Vielen Dank Jennifer R. Ihr habt uns einen tollen Empfang bereitet einfach großartig Danke dafür! Typisches Finca Erlebnis im Nordosten Mallorcas

Die Villa Romeu ist der ideale Ort, um in ruhiger Natur, mit Blick in's Grüne und die Berge der Tramuntana am Pool oder der grossen schattigen Terrasse auszuspannen. Der erste Eindruck ist Abgeschiedenheit, doch ist man in wenigen Minuten in Pollenca, Port de Pollenca, Formentor, Alcudia oder in der Tramuntana. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Erholungs- oder relaxten Erlebnisurlaub auf Mallorca braucht. Ein Auto/Mietwagen ist leider zwingend erforderlich, um die Hotspots zu erreichen und auch für die Ver- und Entsorgung (Müll). Das Team von OWL ist stets hilfsbereit. Mülltrennung und Entsorgung ist unklar, umständlich und die finale Müllentsorgung vor Abreise sollte nicht Sache des Mieters sein.

We received the sweetest welcoming basket, the house was super clean and felt like home right away and before, during and after we got support when needed. Urlaub Anfang Mai

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Romeu. Sie ist genau wie beschrieben… viel Platz und für 6 Personen sehr ausreichend. Der Pool ist toll, auch wenn wir ihn leider nicht richtig nutzen konnten, weil es noch zu kühl war. Wir haben einen grossen Willkommenskorb bekommen… mit allem nötigen, was man für ein Ankunft benötigt (Wasser, Wein und verschiedene Snacks). Die Lage ist prima um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Bei der Ankunft roch es leider im Haus. Gefühlt hatte jeder Raum einen anderen Geruch. Es überwiegte aber ein Chlor-Geruch. Zum Glück gewöhnte man sich aber daran und nahm es mit der Zeit immer weniger wahr. Um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen, wären noch ein paar Sachen für einen Strandbesuch gut, z. B. Matten und ein Sonnenschirm zum Mitnehmen.

Wunderschöne Finca

Wir waren wieder 3.mal in der Finca, und wir sind jedes mal mehr beeindruckt. Man fühlt sich wohl und vor allem Willkommen. Man sieht über die Zeit wie sie gepflegt wird, und der großzügige Garten immer in Stand gehalten wird. Es ist für uns eine Oase zur Erholung und Kraft Auftanken. Wir lieben dieses Haus den schönen Pool. Familie J.R. Es gibt nichts zu verbessern.

Wunderschöne Poolfinca

Hallo, wir waren jetzt das 2. mal in dieser Finca und das aus gutem Grund. Absolute Barrierefreiheit, mit dem Rollstuhl kommt man überall hin und es ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Der Garten die Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein, Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend. Zur Erholung ist alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten einen absolut entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße Familie Jennifer R. Nichts, man weiss immer das Sie im Hintergrund sind und das ist sehr schön, und trägt zum Entspannten Urlaub bei.

Schöne Finca mit Garten

Alles sehr sauber, geräumig, großer Raum etwas schwierig zu heizen falls nötig. Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher sein.Toller Garten mit Pool, etwas außerhalb des Ortes, 15 Minuten Fußweg, sehr ruhig. Gerne wieder

Beautiful villa with excellent facilities

We know this area well, but this is by far the nicest Villa we have rented in Pollensa. Easy access to shops, old town and port, but more importantly, the design of the Villa and the quality of the provided equipment was superb. Modern, open plan with all you could need for a fabulous stay. Will be returning!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Die Villa war sehr gepflegt . Ein großflächiges Gelände mit geplegter Gartenanlage , schönem Pool . Angrenzend eine Weide mit Schafen und Ziegen , wobei ich sogar beim Schafscheren mit meine Enkelkindern zuschauen durfte. Das Gelände ist voll eingezäunt, was gut für meine kleinen Entdecker war. Nach Pollenca , z.B. zum Einkauf 4 km . Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto wäre sinnvoll, da die Strasse dahin keinen Gehweg hat. Für mich und meine Familie ein Top Objekt.

La maison est idéalement située, au calme, très bien agencé, conviviale, spacieuse et propre. L’extérieur et la piscine sont superbe et parfaitement entretenu. Accueil au top avec Juan. A conseiller sans hésitation. Service parfait avec Owl Booking également, même si nous croisons personne ils sont disponible s’il y a des besoins supplémentaires. Merci!

Excellent stay in lovely property

This is a lovely villa just a short walk from Pollenca. It is spacious and is well appointed. The air conditioning made it a comfortable stay. The pool and table tennis table provided excellent entertainment for my teenage sons. We would love to come back!
