Fantastic property in heart of old town

Perfect location. Really nice townhouse!

A great townhouse with perfect location 200m from the centre of Pollenca. Newly renovated with high standard. And really nice designed. Ana & Toni responded really fast, and solved the matters, regarding some minor issues. We had a great time (despite quite cold weather). The infloor heating (ground floor) helped!

Lovely spacious villa, decorated beautifully. Very well catered for with kitchen gadgets etc. Sometimes a little noisy due to its roadside location. Pool a bit cold in april as doesn't get much sun on it. Maybe a welcome relief in the height of summer? Beautifully clean and well cared for villa in a very central location. Very quick reply from agents with regards a shower problem and they got it fixed immediately. Very impressed with the service.

A great base in Pollença.

The house lived up to our expectations from the photos and descriptions. It has been beautifully restored and modernised and all the facilities are of a high standard. We were surprised that the toilet paper was in such short supply and the soap dispensers by the basins were empty. Also giving just two dishwasher tablets for the week is mean. It gives an unnecessarily bad impression when you are paying at this level.

Fantastic Town House in Pollenca

Villa Alicanti 2 was even better than we imagined. It's a really spacious property with high quality and tasteful decoration and furniture. All bedrooms and interior areas are well thought out and spacious. All four bedrooms have decent air conditioning systems and are en-suit. The kitchen is better equipped than any other villa we've stayed in, with just about everything you need while on holiday. The location is also perfect, it's literally two minutes walk from the main square, but also very quiet. (Not that Pollenca is particularly noisy anyway) Outside, there are two bedroom balcony areas with seating and sunbeds and at ground level, there's a compact but very nice courtyard with seating for four people and a small pool. (It has to be said that the pool is only really good for a quick cool off, as very small). Overall, this villa is great and definitely big enough for 7 people, as long as there isn't an expectation for sitting in the sun around the pool all day.

The villa is beautiful and only a few steps from local shops, bars and restaurants.The villa is comfortable will all amenities needed for a stay. Some points to pick up - there’s lots of dirty marks on the walls, these just need touching up with some paint and the pool could have been cleaner- the filter and round the edges was dirty and stopped us from enjoying it.

Ein Haus für liebevolle Puristen

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. An jedem Schlafzimmer ein Badezimmer, Kerzen auf dem Tisch und um die Ecke die Plaza Major. Bestens! Es gibt viele Handtücher, Küchenutensilien. Wenn das Erdegeschoss zu dunkel ist im Frühling und Herbst, geht einfach eine Etage höher in die Sonne. Die Terrasse bedarf einer pflegenden Hand. Kranke Pflanzen, schmutzige Bezüge der Bestuhlung. Kein Ort, an dem man gerne entspannt. Das Erdgeschoss ist sehr schattig, weil Innenhof ohne Ausblick mit ca. einer Stunde Sonne. Im heißen Sommer sicher prima, sonst sollte man sich auf eine der Sonnenterrassen begeben. Das Geschirr in der schönen Küche ist so, dass man es selbst erstmal spülen möchte. Wir haben es gar nicht benutzt.
