The house is located in one of the quietest and best located residential areas of Puerto Pollensa, only 25 meters from the beach and with all possible services. There are no hotel complexes around and there is a multitude of parking in front of the house.

The wide sandy beach is only 1 minute away on foot. There are lifeguard services, showers, toilets and changing rooms less than 5 minutes away on foot. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away on foot. Pharmacy and pediatrician less than 5 minutes. The environment presents all kinds of services.

The construction dates from 1920, being the oldest and best preserved in the area. The last reform was made in 2017 (kitchen and bathrooms completely new).
