Villa CASA BELTRAN-right next to the beach
House with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and outdoor shower. 450 m2 private garden. Next to the beach.
The house is located in one of the quietest and best located residential areas of Puerto Pollensa, only 25 meters from the beach and with all possible services. There are no hotel complexes around and there is a multitude of parking in front of the house.
The wide sandy beach is only 1 minute away on foot. There are lifeguard services, showers, toilets and changing rooms less than 5 minutes away on foot. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away on foot. Pharmacy and pediatrician less than 5 minutes. The environment presents all kinds of services.
The construction dates from 1920, being the oldest and best preserved in the area. The last reform was made in 2017 (kitchen and bathrooms completely new). It maintains the structure of the traditional houses of the time, with a large central room and 4 double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The constructed area is approximately 200m2. Outside there are garden areas (400 m2 around the house), porches, relaxation areas, hammocks, an outdoor shower, a toilet and a laundry.
The decoration of the house is Mediterranean style, with all possible comforts:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (wooden bed purchased in antique shop with more than 100 years)
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds.
- 1 bedroom with double bed.
- 1 bedroom with a sofa bed and TV.
- Living room (sofas and TV) and dining room for 8 pax.
- New kitchen of 2017.
- Bathroom (double sink, glass-enclosed shower, videt).
- 25 m2 of covered porch with chairs and tables.
- Outside shower with privacy and attached bathroom
- Laundry.
- Several covered and uncovered terraces.
Other amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, fridge (incl. Freezer), stereo with CD, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, drying rack, ironing board, washing machine, outdoor furniture, barbecue.
Children are welcome. There is a travel cot with additional mattress, high chair for children, hammock babies, books and beach toys.

Brilliant holiday house
We had a great stay at Inma's house. Inma was wonderful - she was very easy to contact with any questions and she gave us lots of local information. She even waited with us when our pre-booked taxi didn't show up on time! Otherwise, she left us to enjoy our holiday and her lovely house.
The house is brilliantly located for the beach, it's quiet and has a lovely garden which our almost 2 year old really enjoyed. The house comes with everything you need for a young family - toys, beach chairs, parasol, dishwasher tablets. We needn't have packed as much as we did! Our daughter slept really well as the shutters make the rooms really dark. We all had a great time (ages 2-68!) and we'd definitely love to come back to Port de Pollenca and stay at Inma's house in the future.

Excellent accommodation in a great location
Really good standard of accommodation, ideally set up for families with many anticipated useful items. All aspects of our stay were ideal - communicating with the hosts, the facilities, the outdoor space, and the proximity to local amenities including the beach. All 3 generations were very happy and we highly recommend villa case Beltran.
