「It is always a pleasure to stay at the Can Simone villa. It provides all we need in a very convenient position to the centre of Pollensa.」

「Great location, 1min walk to shops, restaurants etc. Everything within close proximity. Accommodation had everything we needed and for our winter stay provided good quality bedding and heating. Very comfortable and the property is a lovely Mallorcian townhouse with authentic touches that we loved.Maria Antonia was most helpful too!」

「Bedrooms, pool, outside area great. Kitchen and lounge could do with an update, but whole house felt like home, very comfortable. 」

「CASA Jesus is a beautiful, charming and traditional house. It’s a perfect location at the bottom of the steps and for getting out and about in Pollença old town.It’s has everything you need.」

「We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

「We loved the quirkiness and art around the property and thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay there. We were surprised the second bathroom was outside, although this wasn’t an issue in the good weather. One concern was that someone was living in flat under the villa and this came as an unwelcome surprise on first night when we first heard noises. However, I repeat we all enjoyed the property.」

「We first stayed 26yrs ago and returned for pre wedding holiday.The pool area is excellent and out door seating area. The kitchen had all we needed although we did purchase some tall glasses. The downstairs bathroom could do with a little tic and updating and maybe the interior is very much as it was before decor wise. But having said that we didn’t rent it for its interior it was for the setting and the pool area.Cati was very easy to communicate with and sorted any issues quickly.」
