「Incredible property, even better than the pictures advertised. There was no AC but you are right on the ocean and the sea breeze kept us cool and comfortable the entire time with the huge windows. Would definitely come back here again!」

「To begin with, we had no idea how to get into our condo. Apparatently, we were supposed to be notified one week prior. Therefore, I had to call the company in order to get the information as there is no front desk. The view is amazing. The property s clean. You have to pay to wash your towels. The shower curtain rod needs to be replaced. It fell multiple times throghout our stay.」

「Very clean and updated room that fit our family of five comfortably. The host provided great communication throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The shower pressure was a bit low, and the property itself looked a little sketchy at first glance, but don't let that deter you. Once inside, the room was well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Overall, a great stay and a good value. Thank you Joe & Cindy!」

「We had a wonderful stay at Studio Kohala Big Island Ocean View! The space was comfortable, peaceful, and offered beautiful views. Loved listening to the wind at night! The hosts were thoughtful and welcoming, and they even provided yogurt and fresh fruit for us in the morning, which was such a nice touch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!」

「The room is clean and the check-in instructions are pretty clear. The location is right off the route to Hana. The Google map did lead us to the wrong small side street; and since we are aware that possibility, we just U-turn back out and get back to the right street. We were there a bit there early and the room is not ready so we went to a near by sushi restaurant and had lunch. Perfect timing.」

「Pros: Property was clean and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Big property, nice parking, quiet area, good location near major attractions. Cons: No sink in the kitchen. Especially annoyed that they ask for you to clean all the dishes before you leave. I don’t know what they’re thinking. Bathrooms are on the smaller side, and each bathroom has the smallest sink you’ll ever see, which would not have been a major problem if they did not ask you to clean the dishes in them.
