“Location is great, the room had black mold on the ceiling, shower door rubber stripping is falling off so the door doesn’t close properly. Housekeeping was soooo slow I had to ask for clean towels giving the housekeeper the dirty towels, also taking out our trash and putting new. Bags in. On the 3rd day I told the front desk and my room finally got cleaned, didn’t seem they really cared.”

“Great property and staff! Can’t wait to come back”

“Excellent service from Top to Bottom from desk staff, beach staff and room service staff (cleaning and food)”

“Everything was excellent specially the location, but the only thing I didn’t like was that the parking fee is $29 per night.”

“The place was very clean and it had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. close to everything we needed. It was peaceful and relaxing. I couldn’t have picked a better place will be going back. The staff was amazing.”

“离chase stadium非常近 交通便利”

“The staff was very nice to work with. The property felt safe and clean.”

“Very posh with a great suite, and amazing hot breakfast. The only thing we weren’t satisfied with was the fact that we had made a reservation for two rooms and ended up getting put on different floors completely when we wanted to be all together. Plus we asked for an extra blanket but they had run out so they gave us two sheets. Otherwise it was wonderful.”
