Love this gem of a resort! The rooms are lovely, the front desk staff was helpful, the staff on the beach setting up umbrellas and chairs were terrific! Great beach atmosphere with a little extra! The place itself is adequate with two pools and beach access, that’s the plus. The restaurant is also good with average to above average food. The rooms are not comfortable. No place to sit except one chair. The TV is from 1980. Then there’s the staff. Zero hospitality. 7am and they’re talking loud in the hallways. At check out, not even a “How was your stay?”. I won’t be back here. It’s a solid 3. That’s it.

The staff at the front desk was not very helpful or knowledgeable about the area. The entrance, pool area and beach are beautiful, updated, and very nice. But, I would be a miss to say it feels like a bait and switch when you get to the rooms. The hallways are “backwards in the sense that the service elevator, staircase, and maids service areas are in the forefront … hallways feel like stuccoed or painted cinderblock with tile - feeling sparse, institutional, and rather amplifies sound. The room had newer items decorating but also seemed cold and the signage feels like a low end motel. Some rooms have a beautiful view but I’d say 30-49 rooms have an awful view of the roof . The air conditioning was so loud I couldn’t sleep at all . The cost of the room seemed on point for the downstairs amenities but over priced for the room quality, hotel atmosphere, and very small beds. I was excited when walking in and in the room felt like it was a waste of money. The breakfast cafe outsourced to locals was very good.

This was the perfect place to relax for a few days. Our biggest decision was whether to lounge at the beach or pool. The staff was wonderful—the live music was amazing! Our only small issue is that there’s no fitness room, but we made up for that with lots of beach walks. Overall, a great place & we’ll definitely return.

Had a good stay at this resort. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Resort amentities were as described, great pool and private beach access. Only a couple of things prevented this from being a 5 star stay. The bathroom in the lobby (mens) was not in good order throughout the entire stay. This made for a lot of unpleasant trips in there when you just needed a quick bathroom break while being on the property. Room (2 double) was fine, the balcony facing the pool was nice. The a/c was a bit noisy and as others have mentioned the walls are thin, you can hear a lot of movement from outside the room. We were pretty far down the hall and you can hear the elevator coming and going. I would recommend staying here but you may be overspending for complete value, but being right on the ocean in a high traffic area makes up for it.

The resort was nice but for the cost I expected a bit more. The resort and rooms were clean and the pool/beach were beautiful! The rooms were a bit dated in some areas - no towel hooks or full length mirror, bottle holders in bathroom were crusty/broken, and the shower didn’t drain. TVs in room weren’t smart TVs and the remote rarely worked. The resort didn’t have a fitness center or laundry (my fault that I didn’t check listing, I just expected they would). Almost daily we had to call down and request something housekeeping didn’t restock (washcloths, towels, coffee cups). You have to stop at a desk to get towels for the pool, but there was rarely someone there who to distribute towels so we often had to wait.

Helpful friendly staff, clean spacious room, great warm pool, nice sports bar, nice beach with lounge chairs and helpful attendant, delicious salad at the restaurant. There was a mechanical noise in the room as though a fan or a/c was on even though ours was off.

Amazing resort, excellent staff, nice view, cool on resort restaurant and bar with great shrimp and fries. Firepit and outdoor seating is great, beach area always had chairs available. Would go back anytime.
