“Paid for an ocean view and ended up looking at the air conditioners. My wife stated that she noticed stains on the bed coverings but which she called ans was not addressed. I was charged $40 per day for 2 cars, which was excessive on top of that had to wait 20-30 minutes to get our cars. Paid $40 for overly cook small piece of salmon with 2 pieces of baby corn. When speaking with front desk manager was not helpful and really not seemed to be uninterested in addressing concerns. ”

“Property was beachfront and the view was great. The check in process was smooth and even though my room wasn’t ready, I was understanding and just waited and the staff was very nice and apologetic. Even the timeshare people weren’t pushy. The amenities were nice and i did see that there was a prior bar/restaurant area. That should definitely be opened up, it would make a killing.
