“Air conditioning did not work. Reported it not working. Someone came and pushed some buttons. It never did work. It was very hot. 30°. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. Felt nobody cared to fix it or move me rooms.”

“Frankly disgusting motel (and trust me I don’t have high standards) that would be pretty charming and nice with a minimal investment. Apparently it’s owned by property developers milking the last bit of revenue out of it before tearing it down. Probably the only reason they don’t have half their guests asking for a refund is the couple that runs it, who are just truly exceptional managers doing their jobs with tremendous diligence, but also with a very appropriate level of humour, honesty and……
