Amazing experience

We’ve had an amazing stay at the ocean cliff. The location is amazing, stunning view the entire day. The rooms are very big and the house is spacious. We were with a group of 14 friends, and the house gave us a lot of space to have dinner together but also have some me time when you needed it. Carlos is a very nice host, he always responded to any questions and was very helpful.

Great off season stay

We came for a week in the winter. The weather was variable, but good enough. The property was excellent, and as advertised. We had a few minor issues during this day, and the owner showed up very quickly and remedied everything. We paid the extra charge to have the pool heated and it was very nice at 29.5°.

Amazing Family Holiday

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Ocean Cliff Villa. There were 5 adults and 4 children in our party and the property was suitable for everybody. Food was left for us on arrival which was really helpful as we arrived quite late and Carlos was flexible with check out which was appreciated. The villa was fantastic, well equipped and the view is stunning! Kids loved the pool and a travel cot and high chair were available for our 1 year old. Would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing villa

Amazing villa. Incredible views. Excellent communication from host. The villa is in an incredible setting. The house accommodated 9 no problem with lots of space for everyone. The infinity pool was a hit with all. A car is a necessity to make most of setting. We hope to book again next year

Heaven on earth

Carlos and family are great hosts. The house was built to entertained a family the size of mine: 8 adults and 5 children. I cannot imagine a house in the entire island with a better, more beautiful view, pool, ample rooms. The gardens are amazing with limes and lemons, figs, bananas, hot peppers, herbs, etc. a true paradise! I will definitely go back to 104 Estrada do quebrada!

Amazing stay in Madeira

We had a group of 8 family members and friends. The property is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets and an amazing infinity edge pool. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and plentiful. Very clean with a lovely kitchen. We were given a hearty appetizer to welcome us to our Madeira vacation. We all had an adventure finding the house due to steep domestic streets and limited google maps. The owners were helpful and gracious guides. It was a wonderful experience.

Incredible Spot!

Our group of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay at the Cliffside Villa. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac just outside of the precious town of Ponto Do Sol. The house is spacious and easily accommodates a large group. The view of the sea from the pool and balconies is incredible. Communication with Carlos/Caty was quick and easy. Our host had delicious snacks and beverages upon our arrival which was such a nice gesture! Thanks so much for having us. We hope to come back to Madeira!

Amazing Family Vacation

We wanted a place to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our children and grandchildren. This is the perfect spot! Amazing views, stunning property and the beautiful island of Madeira. The villa is spacious, well appointed and almost every bedroom has a view of the sea. There is lots of space for families to spread out. The pool is large and there is a beautiful sitting area for dining while watching the sunset every night! Carlos is a responsive and kind person to work with and he made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. He responded to our one minor issue immediately! ( that is very important when traveling with the family!) The neighboring village of Ponte do Sol is beautiful with many restaurants on the sea. Funchal is only 25 minutes away. We highly recommend this beautiful villa. We have many happy memories!

Just perfect

Carlos and Maria are the perfect hosts. They respond quickly and made us feel very welcome. The house is magnificent and extremely spacious. It sleeps 14 and there is more than enough space for such large groups. There are 3 master bedrooms all with beautiful views. The pool is great and Carlos amde sure it was heated to the temperature we requested. The house is located at the end of a dead-end wY and it's very quiet. The location demands a car but the directions to the house are very clear and Google maps works great. We had a perfect holiday and if we would decide to come back to Madeira, this house will be our first choice.

Fabulous villa!

Stunning property with great views

This was a spectacular house, with the best infinity pool - a real highlight for us all. Great for a large family with kuds of all ages, the older ones loved the pool table. The resident cars were super cute too. Highly recommend!

Family birthday celebration

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Ocean Cliff Villa. It was the perfect place for our multi-generational family to enjoy time together. The villa is well appointed with a great outdoor space and a beautiful pool. The car hire - also arranged with the owners - worked brilliantly as well, with the car waiting on arrival. Communication with the owners was excellent-special thanks to Carlos for returning to the airport with a forgotten item ! Highly recommended.

Holiday bliss at Ocean Cliff

We were a party of 12 (3 families) and we all absolutely loved this place. I still can’t quite believe the views! Incredible view and property

A two year Covid delay but our extended family finally had an opportunity to visit paradise. Ranging in age from 53 to 10 the first item of business was swimming in the infinity pool. Incredible views and accommodatings all around. The house was more than enough space for everyone- with game rooms for the kids, gormet kitchen for the adults. The hosts were responsive whenever we had questions for pre-trip planning to during our visit needs. Thumbs up all around. Only downside was we wanted to stay longer!

Huset kunne godt have været bedre holdt, i forhold til prisen. Det var slidt og træt. Køkkenudstyret temmelig dårligt, og en vaskemaskine der larmede så meget, at man dårligt kunne føre en samtale. Beliggenheden superb.

Der Aufenthalt für unsere Familie war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Der Pool, aber vor allem die gigantische Aussicht, haben die Tage sehr kurzweilig gemacht. Man ist jedoch unbedingt auf ein Auto angewiesen, da es im Ort sehr steil ist. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich sehr gut .

Beautiful Serenity at the seaside

The Ocean Cliff Villa is simply the most authentic place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation on beautiful Madeira. The location and view are gorgeous and one of a kind. The villa is as specious as a small hotel, perfectly equipped and very clean, with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday.
