"Really spacious room with duplex, suitable for family. Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner in the restaurant on that night as it had been booked for other event. We couldn’t enjoy the night view from restaurant but we could have breakfast to enjoy the beautiful view of Mont St Michel. However, the communication between hotel was terrible. Firstly, I received a email in French only talking about the access code of carpark. I requested for an English version but no response. I used Google Translate tried to get a brief idea & visited their official website to know more about parking issue, it came out totally different in reality. On the spot, the access code was denied, parking lot was not correct. I highly recommend those need parking have to confirm through the phone. "

"My room at 1st floor is facing a public road and there is sound from engine. Thus, it's a bit noisy."

"The hotel is located at a great location. Very easy to access the river, bike xing, etc. There is a 'small' patio', which is only large enough for one chair. The noise from other rooms are clear to hear. Even we stay on the toppest floor, we can still hear someone walking and talking."

"The hotel location is very convenient, the free shuttle bus stop is just across the road. The decor is modern and the room size is good enough for two persons. The room was clean with a good size bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no elevator at the hotel. It was a pleasant stay. "
