Poolen och den omgivande miljön var helt magisk: lugnt, grönt och med vacker utsikt, en riktig oas. Läget var också idealiskt, nära charmiga byar och härliga restauranger där vi njöt av den toskanska maten. 「We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 sons using this as a base to explore Tuscany including Florence, Sienna, and Pisa. It was a perfect location arriving back each evening to enjoy the pool and relax on the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Nicola was an excellent host and was there to answer any questions, make excellent recommendations and provide any services we needed. 」

「Our room was ok, but not well equipped at all. There was a Nespresso coffee maker with not one pod to be found. There was no other coffee maker, no tea kettle to boil water, no dish towel. The company said they would bring a coffee pot to us the second day we were there, but on the fifth day when we checked out, they had still not supplied one. Our consierge asked for a set of sheets for the sofa bed - we never got them. All in all, the customer service was lacking for the amount we paid for...

「Outstanding location near Ponte Vecchio in Oltrarno. Wine window at restaurant next door and lots of great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to everything that makes Florence wonderful. It’s above a place where people take cooking classes, so it gets a little loud mid-day, but it’s quiet by bed time. It’s an apartment and not a hotel, so don’t expect a front desk with hotel service.」
