「Great hotel in a perfect location」

「The location and staffs are good enough for a short stay.」

「I booked this place because of the location. I didn't realize it didn't have AC until we checked in. Thankfully it was October so it was mild weather temps. We did leave the window open and there was a ceiling fan and an oscillating fan in the room.」

「Stunning views, fantastic location, super friendly staff made my two boys felt at home, dinner at the hotel was the best in Bergamo, outdoor breakfast was amazing, rooms were big and clean, aircon super cold even during heat wave, great location for hiking and biking, not too many rooms means not super busy which is perfect. It is right next to the tram going up so you will hear a little rumbling. Highly recommend this place. One tip if you are going, don’t follow google map to its location...

Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you.」
