「Staff were very friendly and happy and efficient in any way they could help.」

「Very clean and very friendly staff. Rooms were decently sized, and we had very little disturbance and noise. Beds were comfy and clean. We paid extra for breakfast which was decent and worth the money (a hot breakfast which is brought to your table and cereal, pastries and hot drinks that you can get yourself). Great location for the quay and old town, with shops, restaurants, pubs and many boat trips nearby. If we were to return to the area we would come back here. 」

Great outdoor and indoor space to have a drink. Poole is a lovely area and we thought this hotel was very good value.」

「We had a brief overnight stay and found the staff great and really helpful. Providing a take away breakfast as we were leaving very early was no trouble. My dogs were also made very welcome in the hotel and in the bar. We didn't get chance to eat in the restaurant due to lack of time so couldn't comment but the take away breakfast was good and the portion sizes were generous. The hotel is a little tired in appearance but the staff make up for it and I was glad to have somewhere that welcomed...
