「Place was convenient. Overall it was a little on the dirty side. I pulled two plates out of the cabinet and both had left over food on them, no one has dusted on top of the fridge or dryer. The wallpaper is also peeling off the wall and you can see where the AC has leaked in the living room and straight down the wall onto the photo. Oh there is also mold in one of the closest, only seen it because I used the broom.. Place needs some TLC for sure. 」

In the listing for the property list nothing about parking. Parking is street only, and is basically first come first serve. There were days that I was not able to get a parking spot for several hours due to the street being full on both sides. This should be included in the listing for the property.」
