The villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence and Arezzo, in a splendid position with a panoramic view of the medieval castle of Poppi.

The villa dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, which has been lovingly restored and offers every comfort. It can accommodate up to ten people and has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an independent kitchen and two living rooms on a living space of 180sqm. It is on two levels and has three entrances. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower (disabled), a tearoom with a wood-burning stove, a sofa and a desk, a dining room with sofas, a satellite TV and a kitchen with a fireplace , Hoods, and refrigerator with freezer. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms each with a bathroom en suite with shower and two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom with shower (the upper floor has direct access to the garden).

Excursions can be made to the Zoo of Poppi, to the pilgrimage church of the Verna, the hermitage of Camaldoli and the National Park of Foreste Casentinesi. Florence is an autostate, Arezzo 40 minutes by car and Siena 90 minutes by car. From Arezzo you can reach Rome by express train in only one hour and 5 minutes, so even day trips are possible
