1st floor: Living room 15 sqm and with lounge and TV. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 12 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
2nd floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the covered balcony. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Poreč, district of Dračevac. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed plot. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the street in front of the house. Private parking outside the courtyard (2).
