Residence Livija is located in the residential area of Porec, Mali Maj, only 400 m from Materada beach and 2,5 km from the town center. It has a closed yard of 1000m2 in which children can play in complete safety. There are 4 apartments total in the house. The house is surrounded by the beautiful garden where the guests have a 50m2 big swimming pool with the loungers and a barbecue grill on their disposal. The houseowner lives on the first floor and the parking is in front of the house. The guests can also request a covered parking for the cars and bikes which is not included in the price. Washing machine is available for shared use.
Apartment Livija 3 for 3 persons, surface area 54m2, is located on the 1st floor of the apartment house. The apartment consists of an open living space with kitchen and dining room. The living room leads to the terrace, which is equipped with a seating set and offers a wonderful view of the sea, two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom and the other is a room with a single bed, this room has access to the terrace. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the corridor of the apartment. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available to guests.

Sehr ruhig und sauber, ...aber

Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist man schnell mit dem Auto in Porec oder zu Fuß am Strand. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Allein die viel zu strengen Nutzungsbestimmungen für den Gemeinschaftspool und die übermäßige Präsenz der Vermieter sind eine Einschränkung.

Negativ trotz super Lage

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Nähe zum Meer und die Ruhe gepaart mit der kurzen Entfernung zum Essen und etc. ist super. Die Unterkunft aussen war schön und sauber, genauso wie innen im Apartment. Einzig die Küche und der Balkon zeigen das die Unterkunft nicht für die Zubereitung von warmen Mahlzeiten gemacht ist. Was aber total unterirdisch ist, ist das entgegen treten der Vermieterin. So etwas unfreundliches in 20 Jahren Außendienst noch nie untergekommen. Man darf keine Luftmatratze mit in Appartement nehmen, im Pool ist nur Schwimmen erlaubt, keine Spielsachen und und Luftmatratzen, springen und planschen verboten. Die Klimaanlage ist nur in der Küche und sollte nicht eingeschalten werden. Die Waschmaschine im Bad wurde still gelegt. Weder Gewürze noch sonstige Utensilien sind in der Küche vorhanden. Zum abspülen gibt es nur einen Scheuerschwamm. Alles zum kochen sollte man sich wie auf einem Campingplatz selbst mit bringen. Töpfe und etc. Sind natürlich vorhanden. Genauso wie das Klopapier.Da gibt es nämlich pro Buchung nur eine einzige Rolle. Bei Abreise sind wir noch kurz zum Strand zum Baden natürlich mit dem Wissen das wir um 10:00 aus der Unterkunft draussen sein müssen. Andere Gäste waren schon um 08:00 abgereist, daher dachte die Vermieterin das wir auch schon abreisen wollten. Bei der Mitteilung das wir aber noch schnell zum Strand wollten hat sie uns mit Giftblicken töten wollen so unfreundlich hat die Dame uns angesehen.

Ein schönes Objekt

Für Erwachsene ein perfekter Urlaubsort. Herrliche Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liege und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wer mit Kindern reist, sollte wissen das seitens des Vermieters strenge Regeln in und um den Pool herum gelten und auch häufig kontrolliert werden.
