“The experience of staying within walls is something else. Monemvasia has managed to capture and maintain the feel of an ancient fortification while giving one the comforts of modern civilization (indoor plumbing!)
The Likinia Hotel is well located, about a 5 minute walk away from the main street and sufficiently separated. At times you even have the feeling that you have the whole fortress to yourself.
