「What a hidden gem The Annex, Rose Cottage is. Perfectly situated if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life! Nancy & Paddy are very welcoming hosts on hand to offer local knowledge on the best pubs to visit, walks to take or supply any small thing you may have forgotten. The cottage is beautifully presented , warm and clean with a very comfortable sofa and bed. 「Great location. Well equipped cottage, but not as cosy and comfortable as we expected. We felt it was a little under maintained and tired. In need of some TLC. Although the kitchen was well equipped, many thing’s didn’t match, some of the pans and crockery needed replacing. Very dark and drab.」

「Lovely place just as pictured, but as someone with mobility issues the shower access should be photographed better. The shower base is about 18inches above the floor with no grab bars. As such it was to inaccessable for me. I was very dissappointed, basin washes were the go, with bending into the shower to wash my hair using the hand shower! It was tempting to turn the bath room into a wet room, but alas no drain in the floor so i didn't. Husband had no trouble. It is a very beautiful site,...

「We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor.」

「The room was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! The pub below is a bit noisy at night and can go quite late but was ok with ear plugs. There were also different addresses on the listing and I couldn’t reach the host to confirm, but thankfully there is only 1 pub in the village so I was able to confirm the address through emailing the pub directly and they responded very quickly via email.Just a couple minutes drive from the coast - it’s such a beautiful area!」

「This is a beautiful 5 star property in a very quiet rural location. We were two coiples and had so much space to chill and two lovely bedrooms both with en suite was just brilliant. Plenty of storage, fully stocked and large kitchen and untility/ boot room if you go walking!! It is so beautifully decorated throughout we loved all the different lamps.
