The rooms are not brand new but everything worked well. The bed was firm but comfy. Nice size bathroom. The walk ways, parking and public areas were well maintained and parking was easy. Really cute house and ideal for 2 couples; short walk to the ferry to Victoria; right down the street from a Safeway grocery store; quick breakfast right across the street included; was able to park right in front of the house.
