Great home base for Olympic National Park

This house was great; even better than the pictures! My extended family and I stayed for spring break (a total of nine people between the ages of 10 and adults). The house is conveniently located near Port Angeles and made a great home base for day trips into the national park. The house has all the cookware we needed to make our own meals, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after hiking and exploring the park each day. We fished off the dock, made use of the canoe, and attempted the fire pit (it was pretty rainy). It was really a great time! Also, if you do stay here, check out the tide pools at Salt Creek Recreation Area's Tongue Point during low tide. It's not part of the national park, but free for day use, only 30 minutes away, and was the unexpected highlight of our trip.

Our multigenerational family had a delightful time kayaking, putting puzzles together and mountain gazing from the porch. It was a perfect vacation location. The hot tub was great after a day of exploring the park and our host made sure we had everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of room to spread out and truly relax and enjoy each other. Thank you for your thoughtfulness as you have created a lovely space to relax.

Sweet place

House feels brand new. Lovely location on a cute little lake. Lots to do, from kayaks to two large screen TVs, a nice kitchen and beautiful deck overlooking deck. We had five sunny April days. Only wish there was more than 2 bathrooms for the nine of us. Would definitely return.
