First, the hot water heater was out and we were told that it would be fixed, but that never happened. Second, they offer free WiFi and it was very weak, coming in and out during the day and at night not at all. Next, on the website they offered free breakfast but when we got there and asked about it was told they only make breakfast if you request it the day ahead of time. Another false...

「Enchanting! This is a beautiful unique property with stunning views and magnificent gardens - a real labour of Love. Staff are delightful, welcoming & helpful, the food fresh & delicious - we were extremely well looked after! Like other hotels & restaurants outside of Montego Bay & Kingston, advance booking is required for meal service but this was no bother to us.
