After driving 6 hours to your hotel, your staff informed us there was no water due to a water main break. I asked when did this happen and she replied this morning YET NO ONE called us to inform us of this situation. They had all day to call us so I could have made other arrangements. I just had 2 surgeries and was excited to go to a bridal shower in Beaumont. Very disappointed in this hotel experience. No water to wash your hand after using the toilet. No water to flush a toilet. No water to take a shower to look appropriate for the bridal shower. Very upset !! Colleen and Merril Lieb

Very kind and helpful front staff, rooms were clean and roomy. There was a place to walk your dog in the back area that appeared very clean and well stocked with waste bags. The breakfast was good and the food attendant was pleasant.

Great Location, Great Food, Great Room
This hotel was clean, safe, centrally located for food & shopping, and equipped with many amenities. The breakfast was included and the hostess (Tonya) was very friendly in helping us. She was very kind to our family and my little one just adored her. He customer service was top-notch! We ate waffles, fruit, and sandwiches. The gym was equipped with the standard equipment. We also sat outside by the pool where they had umbrellas to block too much sun. My family really enjoyed the space in the room and the toiletries provided. We usually bring our own, but opted to use the hotel's because it smelled so good! The next time we are in the Beuamont area, we will book Home 2 Suites again.

I loved my stay I can’t believe I come to Port Arthur monthly staying 3-4 days costing my family 648-840 at Residence Inn. I don’t like dogs and my kids are afraid of them too. However, we stayed away from being around any animals the 3 days of our stay. I love the hotel great front desk staff, it’s beyond clean and I had one bedroom suit. I never knew they had. It smelled good. Housekeeping came by each day, my kids said this our new hang out when we visit. So my family definitely enjoyed their stay too. The price is way cheaper than other hotels that offer one bedroom suits. I will be back I hope to get room 420 or a suit on the 1st fooor.

I reserved a room with king bed they gave it away i had a room with 2 queens. Not that big of a deal but it was upsetting
