Nauti Kraken, Newly Remodeled!

Welcome to the Nauti Kraken! This eight year old home has been completely remodeled and repainted. Perfect for large families, and multiple families. Our home is warm, comfortable and with open floor plan. It is beautifully decorated and features all wood floors, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Large living area with plenty of room to relax and entertain. Fully equipped kitchen for large groups. Four bedroom and three full baths. Two decks, one upstairs and a spacious deck on the first floor furnished with oversized deck chairs and table. The beach is a two minute walk from the home.

The living room is spacious and has two full size couches, with two large chairs and ottoman . Large screen Smart TV provided.
The living area opens to a dining space that seats 8 and six bar stools at the island.

The kitchen is fully equipped offering custom cabinetry with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The cooks of the group will be able to prepare meals for large groups, breakfast, lunch or your fresh catch of the day! Boil shrimp and crabs or for the non gourmet chefs, pizza, hot dogs and nachos. There is a toaster, blender for making up your beverages and a coffee pot that we provide filters for. If you are a Keurig user we have one. We try to keep pods, sugar and creamer.

The enormous Master Bedroom is located upstairs. It has a king bed, a Smart TV with a sitting area for enjoying your morning coffee while viewing the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. With direct access to the upstairs deck. The Master Bath has a large couple's shower, dual shower heads, tiled with granite and a sitting area. His and hers sinks and a separate toilet room. The Master walk in closet has shelves and two areas to hang clothes.

The Queen Bedroom is located upstairs. A closet with extra pillows, blankets and access to the full bathroom across the hallway. There is a french door right outside the room to go out to the upstairs deck.

The Bunk Room has two full size beds in bunk form that is perfect for teens to hang out. There is a closet for hanging clothes. The room is directly across from the second full size bathroom and has access to the upstairs deck.

Downstairs the second Bunk Room has two full size beds. This room is great for a small family teens and tweens. With a Smart TV.

Linens are provided. One set per bed. Pillows and pillow cases. Blankets cotton and quilts. Towels two per guest, wash clothes 2 per guest, hand towels 2 per bath.

Extras that are provided: 6 trash bags, 2 rolls paper towels, 2 rolls toilet paper per bath, dish washing detergent, 6 dish washer pods, coffee filters, 6 laundry detergent pods, fabric softener. In case of a late arrival we try to provide one time use amenities, enough coffee for one pot, sugar, sweetener and creamer packets.

The Laundry Room has a full size washer and dryer. An ironing board and iron. Enough washing detergent, fabric softener and bleach for your stay.

The Deck is a great place for sunning, playing and catching up with family and friends. The deck has awesome views of the Gulf and there are oversized deck chairs and a table for sitting outside. For early risers sit, drink your beverage of choice and watch the sun come up and see the beautiful ever changing colors of the morning sky and listen to the waves rolling in. In the afternoons as the sun goes down watch the tide go out and see the gorgeous sky go from blues to purple. The smaller deck upstairs has gorgeous expansive views of the ocean.

Downstairs there is a large built in picnic table perfect for getting out of the sun, or enjoy the large grill for hamburgers, steaks or the catch of the day! We try to keep charcoal and lighter fluid stocked for you, if you have any left over feel free to leave for next renters. The grill is located in the garage and ask that if you use it, clean it before you leave.

There are beach toys for everyone in the garage. Sand castle making tools, buckets, shovels and sand forms. A small pool for toddlers. Chairs for the beach. If you you do take them to the beach bring them back in the evening so they don't disappear. We ask that you rinse off all items that are taken to beach before returning to the garage.

Located downstairs is a large outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand.

We are pet friendly, but do require a $75 fee for each pet that is non-refundable and if there are more than two please ask for permission in advance.

There is enough parking space for 6 full size vehicles.

Check-in at 4:00 p.m.

Check-out at 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in and late check-out are available only by requesting at time of booking. Not available during Summer months, May-July.

Event Requirements:

Any gathering such as a day party, BBQ, Prom party, Birthday party, Wedding, or Reunions that exceeds the max occupancy for the home (11) is considered an event and must be approved.

The house uses a septic system and has a maximum occupancy and therefore when exceeded, additional restrooms are required. If you violate this policy, you will loose your entire deposit and be required to pay for any damages to the septic system.

Pay an event fee: All events, including prom/youth weekends require a non-refundable deposit.

Prom/Youth: Reservations require one chaperone for every four minors (anyone that does not meet our minimum renting age of 25). Each chaperone is required to provide a copy of their driver's license, be at least 25 years of age, all chaperones must be onsite with the minors at all times. If this policy is violated, the rental agreement is immediately terminated and you will escorted off the premises. There will be no refunds and each chaperone will subsequently be fined.

Please remember that parking is limited to 6 vehicles, which reduces the entertainment space underneath the house. Street parking is monitored, a well as limited, so be in consideration of our neighbors.

Please note that the home is not equipped to accommodate large parties indoors, so consider other arrangements in case of rain.

We do not offer travel insurance. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately in case of unforeseen circumstances, and we highly recommend it. Example Access America - (URL-HIDDEN)

Storm: Refunds will be given if the state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane area" and/or a mandatory evacuation order has been given for the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the authorities order evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area, we will refund any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning is lifted. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" period.
