The staff were very helpful albeit not very fluent in English. Housekeeping service is only available if front counter is inform before 11am. The cleanliness of the towels provided could be improved. The sound proofing of the room could be improved as well. Overall, it is an okay stay.

The floor was sticky, the room was smelly during check in. The heater is not stable. Hotel just next to main street, quite noisy. Internet connection not stable too.

Speechless hotel that I have ever slept in

It seems to me that everything seems to be very perfect as I am speechless about it and thanks for the great rooms that I ever slept in years during my work plan that I definitely will return and recommend to all my friends and family members.

Decent and Clean. Convenient location

We took 2 rooms in this hotel as it was of close proximity to nearby amenities. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Would definitely recommend it as the cleanliness and room conditions are decent.

Pleasant stay

Great Value For Family of 5

Spacious family room with 2 Queen size beds, pretty comfortable. Do expect a short clothe rack (hanging just 2 pieces of clothing) and wet floor for its bathroom (due to half-cover shower screen design). Fortunately its toilet is separate from the bathroom. Next to Tesco (convenient).

Ok for short stay

Overall, this hotel is OK if you are staying for a night or 2 but it can get quite uncomfortable if it's for a long stay if you are staying in their rooms for solo or two persons rooms because the room is very small & you hardly have any room to move around. Definitely not recommended for larger-sized people. If you stay in the smallest room, you can't even have an ironing board in there coz it's too small. But the family rooms are spacious.
