White Ocean Coral - Private Beach Villa

Do you like it generous? Our WHITE OCEAN CORAL VILLA with our two suites can also be rented as a whole. This offers you a living space with 4-5 bedrooms for up to 12 people in a very private atmosphere. Both suites have a master bedroom King size double bed and a bedroom Queen size double bed. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. In the Coral Beachside Suite there are 2 sofas in the living room as fold-out double beds in queen size. In the Ocean View Coral Suite, a sofa is available as a king-size fold-out double bed. Each floor has its own entrance and a large partially covered terrace. The highlight of the villa is the unique view of the beach and the large garden roof terrace with a panoramic view of the island. From the villa you can experience great sunrises and sunsets. The property borders on its own dream beach and make the villa a true vacation paradise.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. Nothing matches the listing—dirty, trashy yard, broken oven, no advertised BBQ, two broken TVs, broken door locks, dilapidated/unsafe deck, broken deck chairs, rusted utensils, moldy sponges, corroded fixtures, soiled bedsheets and towels, no bright pillows or rugs as shown in the photos, no screens in the windows - they were laying outside on the ground, and a strong odor of cat urine. We found the cat trying to get in the house. I have lots of photos to back up everything I have stated.. It was so shocking the state the house was in. We complained immediately after we picked our jaws up off the floor. The caretaker was confrontational, and the owner promised a refund if we didn't leave a bad review and then ghosted us. Photos are doctored, the house is poorly maintained, and it was a completely disappointing experience. This is our fifth trip to the Bahamas and we have never encountered anything even remotely like this place. VRBO should take the listing down until it is safe to rent and accurate photos are taken

The perfect vacation home depends on what your perfect vacation is. This was MY perfect vacation home. We wanted comfort, and seclusion and we got it! We stayed early November of 2025 and never saw more than two people out walking the beach. There are a couple other homes within view but they were empty. The deck looking out over the ocean was definitely a highlight but the inside was very nice also. The upstairs and downstairs can be rented separately but we rented both just to make sure we were alone. Also there is some snorkeling stuff in the garage (accessed from the upstairs unit and more in a closet in the downstairs unit. A couple things to be aware of. You have to buy drinking water and ice for drinks since the house water is only for bathing. Also the house is quite a drive from almost all stores and restaurants so buy plenty of supplies before going there. Spend time on google earth getting familiar with the island and where some of the stores and food places are. There are two main grocery stores and both are ok but we liked Gilberts better. And while we didnt explore lots of places to eat we loved Hidden Treasures with chef Trevor. It takes quite a while to get your food so i recommend calling your order in an hour early or take your swimsuits and swim in the calm crystal clear water right outside his backdoor while you wait. The property manager lana was great and very responsive to amy questions we had.

Villa située sur une plage absolument magnifique et presque déserte. L’inconvénient est que l’épicerie est à 45 minutes en voiture et qu’elle ne contient que les produits de base. Pas de fromages fins, de charcuterie etc..et toutes les viandes et poissons sont congelés.

The view from this location is stunning and the beach is beautiful. A few things I wish we would have know before we went: 1. When we got to the house their was no fresh water. Be sure you pick up a 5 gallon jug of water before you come to the home. 2. Due to high rains the roads were flooded so it took as quite a while to get to and from the grocery store. The location is remote so you don't want to have a flat tire. Be careful of the potholes. 3. A.J.'s convenience is closer than Gilberts and the lady at this store is very nice and helpful. She cautioned us on a couple locations that were flooded and to be very careful when driving. 4. The house is well equipped. 5. The owners at the Greenwood Beach Resort down the beach from the house are friendly. 6. If you want a totally remote get away this is for you.

Paradise on Cat

Rainer’s property on Cat Island is an excellent home on an unpopulated stretch of beach. Coordination was thorough and thoughtful, and Lana (the house manager) really set us up well for the week. The home itself is very well-appointed. My family rented both apartments and stayed for a week during Christmas. The rooms and kitchens were clean and comfortable, and everything worked well. It was definitely the nicest house I’ve stayed in on Cat Island. The wifi was spotty at best, but you don’t go to Cat for the reliable internet. We had miles of beach to ourselves, and there was reef right off the beach that we could snorkel. The sea wasn’t as a calm or clear as the Caribbean side, but my two year old still happily played in the water every day with no issue. It is a bit of a low-tide beach, but still worked for us on a daily basis. The location was very isolated, and you definitely need to rent a car to access it. It’s not quite in Port Howe, and you’re 10-15 mins from the nearest town (which was never an issue). Overall, I definitely recommend coming to visit. We’ll be back!

Fabulous Trip

I can not say enough things about the house!!! The house was fabulous, lovely beach!!! We did not want to leave!!The host was absolutely wonderful. The Property Manager, Lana, helped us in every way. We can not thank her enough!!! I cant wait to go back!

Secluded getaway

If you want peace, quiet, tranquility and views for days...this is the place to be! The home is beautiful with panoramic views of the ocean and there is always a calming ocean breeze that comes off the beach that's steps away. You can relax on the top deck of the house and take in the view of the whole island or on the second floor at look at the miles and miles of blue water and white sand. But don't! Take your relaxation to the beach and take in the sounds of the waves hitting against the ocean.

Wonderful stay in paradise

Not enough great things to say about White Ocean Coral and the property owner. This was a wonderful stay on a remote beach on a remote island, yet all the amenities of home. The property was in excellent condition. The beach was incredible. Rarely saw anyone else other than a few people that live here full time. But, most days were spent walking the miles of remote beach as if we were in some new Hollywood stranded beach movie. Rainer Voss was promptly responsive and very helpful. His little slice of heaven was without a doubt, the best beach vacation I have ever been on, to include Thailand, Maritius, and Greece. Both Rainer, and his property manager, Lana, were a life saver during our extended stay. I hesitate to say more, because everybody will want to stay here; but then I wouldn’t want to limit others in their potential for a once in a lifetime beach get away. No to be left out, our cook, Karen was fabulous. We enjoyed her locally prepared meals every evening. The Bahamian people were very friendly and helpful.
