“Such a great location and cute little home. Everything looks just like the pictures shown and we enjoyed the area. Classic California beach but not crowded at all-we were there on a weekend too. Would come back again!”

“We had a great long weekend. The property is exactly as described and very clean. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. We were two couples, and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the wonderful fire pit for quiet evenings. Would highly recommend and would rebook if I am ever in the area again. ”

“Absolutely stunning property! From the moment we walked in you felt at home. The views especially the sunsets you can't beat. Property was extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of beach amenities for the kids to play with. Firepit right on the beach, All the rooms were perfectly separated so nobody felt like there where on top of each other. The owner Glenn was absolutely incredible. Anything we needed he was just a phone call or text message away. There was also the cutest Tavern right……

“This place was amazing. My family really enjoyed the house. Amenities were great! Kitchen was awesome. Dining spaces and family areas were great. The elevator was huge for my elderly parents. We couldn’t have had them there without it. What an amazing g place for a family vacation!”

“This is a great house for a family or a group of adults. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds and easy access to bathrooms. We loved it for our family because there was a room that had four twin beds and a pullout couch for the kids.It was clean and ready for us. So many fun toys, ping pong, basketball game, and places to spread out. The kitchen is amazing, as well as the sitting room adjacent to it and the dining room. “This is a shared unit with others living on the property, this includes other vehicles. The beds are NOT queen size which inconvenienced us tremendously. The mugs provided burned me after using the microwave safe mug. While I know extras are complementary, they are extremely helpful like something as simple as napkins and maybe a couple waters. Getting to the property includes an unfinished dirt road with massive pot holes, thankfully we have a vehicle equipped for that but if you’re driving a……

“This house is truly a retreat: the location is probably the best vacation rental location in Thousand Oaks: quiet and very private, with beautiful natural light and views of the mountains. Once you’re there, it doesn’t feel like it’s in a residential neighborhood at all, but in the countryside on the edge of preserved open space.The house is comfortable, interestingly furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything one would need. “We were there to attend a wedding at the Hartley Botanica. Chose this place because it was so close to the venue. This was a great stay. It was much nicer than the photos. Our family enjoyed the extra space compared to staying at a hotel. Space was clean, well furnished. Amanda was amazing, made efforts to accommodate us. We even got a tour of their goats and dogs. This space made our overall weekend even more memorable.”
