「Our biggest problem was the room keys, the main reason we will not be back. Beyond difficult to use. Using keys for elevators and parking was problematic, but room locks were a nightmare. Discussed with other guests in hall. Everyone has a problem!
Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Lack of privacy in the one window with the rigged A/C, but I assume this is only a temporary fix. Certainly wouldn't think you are done with this setup. A luggage rack would also be nice for short...

「We drove past before check in time and saw a note in the hosts window saying that they had gone to town which was no problem but when we attempted to call later to let the host know we’d be arriving late we couldn’t get through. Both numbers we found were “out of service”. We then called Expedia and they could not get through either getting the same message. 「This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...
