「Yes, quite so. Only critique of amenities is that the footing on the outdoor path needs to be firmer: stepping tiles felt loose. Also, the parking spot north of the garage was where we were directed to park but it was virtually unusable for our mid-compact car -- hedge needs trimming. However, the host himself told us where could alternately park. He happened to be there but if he had not been it could be confusing.」

「The hot tub was clean and hot enough but the jets were a little finicky. The Beach Club is just a really old facility but very clean and well maintained for the most part. The beds were VERY comfortable. We are pretty picky about beds and would come back for that alone!」

「The size and layout of the house was great. There was plenty of room for the two of us and our stuff. The house was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, like dishes and linens.Only three minuses: 1) the place was *cold* when we got there and the heat needed better instructions.2) One of the knives in the drawer was rusty. 「It was such a cute little place. Communication from Vince was excellent. The room was clean and there were thoughtful little touches like a Brita water pitcher in the mini fridge, earplugs available if needed, and dish soap, etc. If I had one minor complaint it’s that parking is a little difficult at times, but that’s to be expected in the city, so not a deal breaker. I will absolutely be staying again next time we come!」
