Great place with all the amenities for us 3 guys on weekend fishing trip. We'll use again on other trips but one thing we'll have to be aware of is the door into the adjoining unit doesn't provide a very good sound barrier between the two units. We arrived late (around 2am) the first day and while we were unloading and backing our boat onto the property the adjoining tenant came out and said the noise had woken him up. We had to whisper when we spoke because the door between the units didn't provide much separation between us.

Very close to water and grocery store. Beds need to be updated. A little worn.
