「Wonderful stay at the Mitsis Royal Mare, the room and facilities were elegant and perfectly maintained and all staff were lovely and welcoming. We found the food in the themed restaurants great, maybe they could improve the food options for the main restaurant, especially for vegetarian guests. As in many resorts in Crete there were few stray cats and it was nice to notice one of the staff leaving some food and water available for them. 「Super saubere Unterkunft ! Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hatten die Cool Living Selection (in der Suite automatisch mit enthalten) gebucht. Das Essen in den Restaurants ist absolute Spitzenklasse, das Buffet zum Frühstück und Mittag im Greco Levante ist ebenfalls absolut top! Insgesamt können wir das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen. Das einzige Manko war, dass beim Greco Levante (ausschließlich für Cool Living Gäste) eventuell erweitert werden sollte, damit dort mehr Liegen hin können....

「Gorgeous location with lots of different places for people at the hotel to spread out and enjoy. Breakfast options were plentiful and a good quality. Rooms were kept clean and were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. The spa services were of very high quality. Towels and bedding were always promptly refreshed. We dined mostly for dinner at Le bouboulisse as we did not particularly enjoy the dinner food quality in bacchaus. 「Fantastisk sted! Bodde i nr 305, en av de nyoppussede leilighetene. Kjempefint, rent og veldig delikat. Veldig hyggelige folk som jobbet der, hjelpsomme og blide. Hotellet ligger litt oppi fjellene, og det er litt under 20 minutter å gå ned til stranden. Fortau hele veien. Rett bak hotellet ligger selve Koutouloufari sentrum. Absolutt nydelig sted. Anbefaler både hotell og område på det varmeste. 」

「Hôtel neuf haut de gamme face à la mer., a quelques minutes a pieds du lac et du centre. Parking en face, le voiturier s'occupe de tout. Grandes chambres spacieuses, lit grand et très confortable. Plusieurs piscines Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top que ce soit en terme de qualité et d'offre. 「Anlage schön gestaltet, Zimmer war zweckmäßig, moderner Stand. Service war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt entspannte Atmosphäre. Lage außerhalb des Ortes Mahlia, etwas im Nirgendwo, gut, wenn man nicht mittendrin sein möchte. Direkt gegenüber sowie ca 30 m rechts Minimärkte mit allem, was man zusätzlich so brauchen könnte.」
